Penn Oak and Conoco Phillips have formed an alliance to support Penn Oak supply natural gas to public utilities, municipalities and other wholesale customers that support veterans and seek to purchase from veteran-owned businesses. 

Conoco Phillips is one a US leading natural gas marketer, and is always in the top five, producing well over 3.2 million mmbtu per day. Founded in 1875 and headquartered in Houston, TX, COP engages in the exploration, production, transportation and marketing of crude oil, bitumen, natural gas, natural gas liquids and liquefied natural gas throughout the world.

Conoco Phillips Company is Penn Oak’s wholesale supplier and assists Penn Oak with logistics, financing, credit support and operational matters.  With the COP alliance, Penn Oak can provide the full range of natural gas supply and procurement options at competitive prices to customers throughout the Continental United States.
